Leadership should be studied, right?

I've studied leadership most of my life. It's one of the reasons I've been driven to practice my own leadership skills, and why I am so passionate about good leadership. So today, let me tell you a little about one of my first experiential leadership lessons, a kind of Leadership Triangle, that moved me to study leadership even more.
